Let Me Help You Make the Decision
Why Hire Joseph as a coach?
A Coach can provide value in many ways, and with every person being unique and at a different place in their journey, it is crucial to find out what that means to each person individually. This is why I begin everything Coaching relationship with the question: “How will you most benefit from this Coaching relationship?”
However, I thought I would share four additional ways in how I bring value to our coaching relationship. This is the P.A.C.E. in which I work.
PLANNING
I help you plan and strategize properly. We determine the result you want to achieve, and I help you create a strategy to get there. Let’s define what your Dream Life looks like and turn it into reality.
ACCOUNTABILITY
I understand the importance of being held accountable to achieve what we want in life. If you feel you will benefit from being held responsible, we will determine what this will look like in our relationship. And don’t worry, in the planning stage, we are all about setting you up for Massive Success and ensuring that we have fun along the way. Personally, Accountability is my favourite part of being coached.
CREATIVITY
I consider this one of my superpowers – being creative in finding ways to Success and being creative in finding ways to do things differently. It is amazing what we can accomplish when we get intentional about thinking differently. Whether its building a business or figuring out a way to create our Dream Life, I’m always willing to sit at the table with the original thinkers and put forth my ideas. Let’s put our heads together and figure out how to find your blue ocean.
EMPOWERMENT
I mean by “Empowerment” that you are not going to war by yourself. You are going with a military strategist. I understand that the enemy could approach from different flanks. Whether are unfortunate events out of our control or our thoughts and self-limiting beliefs, I will provide you with tactics and fully support you every step of the way. That’s what I mean by Empowerment, having someone in your corner who truly wants to see you succeed.
There is one last thing I want to share as well, and it is the thing I pride myself on more than anything, which is this: I genuinely care about your journey and your success. I care—a LOT.
As an intuitive empath, I frankly want to see you get to where you want to go, and I don’t think there’s anything more beneficial a Coach can offer.
Take a second to imagine this:
Imagine having someone in your corner who wants what you want for you, as bad as you want it for yourself.
How powerful is that? I believe this is what you need to succeed.
