
How can we be happier? The golden question… Something I’ve been trying to figure out for the past few years. During this time I’ve noticed a few habits that I always find myself going back to if I find myself in a slump.
These are the five pillars that I find support me to allow myself to live the healthiest and happiest life possible. And usually it is when I am living a healthy life, that I am living a happy life.
Let’s dive in to today’s top 5 ways to live a happier and healthier life.
- Have a Daily Routine
- Get Up Early
- Eat Healthy
- Exercise
- Practice Gratitude
I understand this isn’t rocket science, but it hardly ever is.
The issue isn’t not knowing what to do, it’s doing it. And the way that I’ve found it easiest to do them, is by doing the first one, having routine. When I have a system in place, I am unstoppable. When I don’t, my life is chaos.
